Regional Sales Manager

Mosaic451 provides bespoke cyber operations services for high-risk, high-complexity entities, including cyber defense of critical data infrastructure for government, transportation, power, healthcare, education, and finance.  Mosaic451 protects the water, hydro-electric, generation capacity, airports and high-security networks that serve tens of millions of Americans across the country.  Due to high demand for our services we are expanding our sales team.

Role Overview

The Regional Sales Manager owns their territory and is responsibility for prospecting and closing new business and the ongoing care and support for clients.  Over time, the RSM will be required to hire and manage in region staff to support the growing account base.

  • Region 2: Central (TX)

Role Responsibilities

  • Quickly develop deep understanding of Mosaic451’s product portfolio
  • Prospect, sell and close business into accounts in assigned region
  • Established contacts at the VP and CISO level highly preferred.
  • Ability to manage the sales process from start to finish
  • From lead generation to close, the RSM owns the process.
  • Be a strong sales "hunter", maintain & foster longstanding client relationships
  • Foster and leverage hardware/software vendor connections in region for territory development and co-marketing efforts
  • Develop and execute account plans for key strategic accounts
  • The RSM is responsible for the ongoing care of in region accounts
  • As a managed security provider, Mosiac451 expects its employees to possess a working knowledge of applicable industry controls such as NIST 800-53.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in direct sales/account management in technology, information security or managed service industry
  • Previous experience selling Managed Security Services.
  • Strong technical acumen (information security and technology, technology services, networking)
  • Passionate about customer service
  • 50% travel is expected

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher (Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems)
